Martin Loves Chaos is the consulting and facilitation practice of Martin Smith, a Human Systems Architect who helps mission-driven leaders and organizations transform complexity into clarity.

The name is a philosophy, not just a brand. I deliberately create productive discomfort, a carefully calibrated space where leaders and teams can break out of default patterns, surface what they already know, and take real steps toward lasting change. Chaos is not the enemy. It is a sign of growth and possibility.

I host workshops, facilitated sessions, and learning experiences for teams of 10 to 150, from small nonprofits and startups to established organizations navigating growth or transition.
