IBTU Wellness Presents: Pilates at the Hub

Join It's Bigger Than Us (IBTU) for another session in our 2026 Hub Community Wellness Series — a free Saturday morning Pilates session designed to make wellness feel like home.

This is wellness rooted in community, designed with dignity, and available to every body. Hosted at the IBTU Hub inside Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza, this Pilates session is part of our June–November Hub Community Wellness Series — IBTU's new chapter of in-house wellness leadership.

Pilates is for every body. Whether you're brand new to the practice, returning after a break, or building on years of work, you'll be guided through a session focused on core strength, breath, alignment, and care.

Over the last three years, IBTU has produced 10 wellness activations serving 531 community members across South LA, Baldwin Hills, Venice Beach, and Exposition Park — work recognized by LA Council District 10 for dedication to community wellness and public space activation. The 2026 series builds on that foundation, anchoring wellness as a year-round fixture of our work.

Saturday Flow

• 10:00 AM — Doors open
• 10:00 – 10:30 AM — Setup & arrival
• 10:30 – 11:30 AM — Wellness session
• 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM — Cool down & community time

75 mats will be available on-site to use during the session and return at the end of class. Bring your own if you prefer.
