It's Bigger Than Us (IBTU) builds trusted, place-based programs that support youth, families, and neighborhoods through education, health access, and crisis response — designed with dignity, informed by community, and built to last.

Rooted at Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza in South Los Angeles, our work spans three pillars: Crisis & Disaster Stabilization, School & Youth Stability, and Community Health & Resource Access.

In five years, we've reached 25,000+ community members annually, activated 300+ partners, served 16 LAUSD campuses, and mobilized 3,500+ volunteers. We've stabilized 5,000+ families through fire relief and delivered 7,581 instances of assistance through The Hub.

Community is the infrastructure.
