This guided experience is for women who are:

- Managing responsibilities
- But feeling emotionally disconnected, flat, or drained
Together, we’ll explore:
- What emotional numbness (anhedonia) can look like
- How burnout shows up beyond exhaustion
- The impact of prolonged stress and survival mode
- Gentle ways to begin reconnecting with yourself
This is not therapy.
This is not surface-level self-care.
This is a space to:
Pause, reflect, and name what’s been hard to explain
This event also serves as a preview of an upcoming collaborative wellness experience with Dress for Success Columbus.
