Tiara Bostock is a licensed social worker, wellness facilitator, and PhD candidate in Social Work Education. With a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and years of experience in both clinical and community-based settings, Tiara is deeply committed to creating spaces that prioritize emotional wellness, healing, and cultural authenticity.

She founded InnerBeing Counseling, LLC to support women — especially Black women — who are tired of surviving and ready to soften. Through monthly virtual wellness workshops, Tiara offers intentional, restorative spaces rooted in reflection, community, and self-connection. Her work blends trauma-informed principles with soulful practices to guide others toward rest, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.
