Funded by the state of CA, the CalHome DPA program allows qualified first-time homebuyers to access up to $200k in downpayment assistance toward the purchase of a home.

In this info session we will go over the details of the program, clearly define who is eligible, and give you an overview of the application process and the documents required to certify your eligibility.

Note: The CalHome Program is open to all low-income first-time homebuyers looking to purchase in Alameda county, however this info session is specifically prepared for ARTISTS.
