Stretch & Rest: A Gentle Yin + Restorative Yoga Experience


Stretch & Rest is an in-person gentle, slow-paced yoga class designed to help your body release tension and your nervous system settle.

This 75-minute experience blends long-held, supported yin-style stretches with deeply restful restorative poses. The focus is on comfort, ease, and listening to your body—not pushing, sweating, or “working out.”

Class takes place in a quiet, home-based studio and is intentionally limited to a small group to create a calm, supportive environment. All poses are fully optional and can be modified or skipped at any time.

This class is especially well-suited for people who:

  • Feel tense, tight, or overstimulated
  • Have trouble fully relaxing
  • Want a slower, gentler alternative to traditional yoga
  • Are new to yoga or returning after time away

No prior yoga experience is required. All props are supplied - just bring yourself, and your mat if you have one. Mats available for anyone who needs one.
