Sattva Yoga & Wellness
Sattva Yoga & Wellness is a home-based studio which offers small, intentionally paced yoga and wellness experiences designed to help busy, overwhelmed nervous systems slow down and settle.
Led by Rebecca DiVerniero, PhD, RYT-500, these events blend gentle movement, long-held supportive poses, rest, and mindful awareness to support stress relief, mobility, and a sense of steadiness in the body.
Events range from yin and restorative yoga classes to nervous-system–focused reset experiences, all held in a calm, welcoming environment with an emphasis on accessibility, consent, and comfort. No prior yoga experience is required.
These gatherings are ideal for people who feel tense, tired, or wired-but-worn-out—and who are looking for a quieter, more supportive alternative to fast-paced fitness or crowded studio classes.
