How many pairings will we sample?

You’ll taste 4 different wine & chocolate pairings as part of the event or 4 wines and 4 chocolate bars.

I’ve attended a wine & chocolate tasting at Grace Winery before. Will I taste the same pairings?

Probably not! While our wine selection is dictates by the winery’s inventory, Andrew and I do our best to come up with new pairings each time. We usually determine pairings two weeks before the event, so reach out to me to make sure you won’t taste the same chocolate twice.

I hear Pennsylvania wines are sweet. Does Grace Winery make sweet wines, too?

Nope. Grace Winery makes dry, European-style wines. Think Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Cabernet Franc.

What kind of chocolate will I taste?

You’ll sample dark-ish craft chocolate samples with cacao percentages typically in the 60-70% range. Attendees regularly comment on the high quality of the featured bean-to-bar chocolate.

Is the chocolate allergen-free?

The chocolate you’ll taste is SOY-FREE. It may however contain gluten, nuts, or dairy. Send us a note if you’d rather avoid those ingredients.
