Bonjour, I’m Estelle Tracy, a chocolate sommelier and award-winning food writer based in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

My chocolate journey started with the 37 Chocolates challenge: in June of 2015, I committed to sample 37 US-made chocolates by my 37th birthday that Halloween. The life-changing journey revealed my passion for craft chocolate and the people behind these bars. I now create chocolate tasting events to share the diverse flavors of my favorite food.
