FAQS

How do I see the menu?
We strive to use local and seasonal ingredients for these long table dinners. As we learn what is seasonally available we will begin to plan our menu. Sometimes we don't know what is fresh at the farms until the week before the event. As a result, there is a chance we may not post our menu. Part of these dinners is trusting the chef and being open to an adventurous eating experience. On the other hand, if we are able to plan the menu well enough in advance we will be sure to post it on our website. Please visit www.northernfeast.com and click 'Events' to view the menu. Last years menus are still on our website if you would like to get a sense of past experiences.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please email us NO LATER than 2 weeks prior to the long table dinner to inform us of dietary restrictions. We will do our best to substitute and/or remove what is necessary for you to enjoy the meal. Please know that some dishes are impossible to alter. We highly advise checking in with us before buying a ticket if you have strong dietary restrictions.

How do I contact the chef/organizer?
Reach out to Marla via email (northernfeast@gmail.com) or phone (518-217-5150)

What's the refund policy?
Tickets are nonrefundable, but you may pass your ticket on to someone else. If doing so, please email northernfeast@gmail.com and let us know the full name of the person who will be taking your spot.

What if it rains?
Our long table dinners happen in the rain or shine. In the event of rain we will host the dinner under an open air pavilion. You will be covered by a roof but still exposed to the outside air. We advise bringing layers and appropriate attire for inclement weather.

Are there any additional fees?
Upon checkout you will find an additional fee of $7.22. This is for online credit card processing and standard New York Sales Tax. If you would like to send a check or pay in person, the processing fee can be removed. Your new total would be $51.84 per ticket. Please send us an email if you will be paying through one of these avenues. We will hold your spot(s) while waiting for its delivery.
