On June 1, HistoryMiami Museum opens the monumental exhibition Hurricane Andrew: 25 Years Later, marking the devastating 1992 landfall of the "the Big One", Andrew, the storm that changed South Florida. 
We invite Committee of 100 members to tour the inner workings of the National Hurricane Center with guide, Anthony Reynes of the National Weather Service.  It is a rare opportunity to see the the inner workings of this facility and meet some of the unsung heroes that endeavor to keep you safe through every hurricane.
The complimentary one hour tour is limited to a group of fifteen, C100 members. Ticket reservations are required and are on a first come, first served basis. 
Post tour, you may want to join fellow storm chasers at the nearby specialTEA Lounge & Café for the enjoyment of over 60 premium teas. Come savor tea over a game of chess, swap storm stories, or enjoy light bites. The visit to the specialTEA Lounge & Café is optional.
