Black immigrants navigating policing, deporation, economic inequality, incarceration, healthcare and detention chart new directions in cutting edge analysis and broader movement building. 
The Black Alliance for Just Immigration (BAJI) in partnership with New York University School of Law’s Immigrant Rights Clinic recently published a report on'The State of Black Immigrants.' The report details a number of challenges facing Black immigrants:
