Co-Presented by the City of Sugar Creek and the City of Independence, this inaugural “Sky-High Kite Festival” will have you gazing at the colossal kites flown by Great American Kites &amp; Events! Festival-goers are welcome to relax in the park with picnic blankets, chairs and food.Vendors and food trucks will be onsite and small kites will be available for purchase. These incredibly-massive kites will truly be a sight to see…and give a whole new meaning to “Go Fly a Kite”! FREE EVENT!
