African Summer Fest, a festival that unites Africans living in Kansas City and surrounding areas. The 3 day event held in September during the Labor day weekend, involves various family &amp; friends events , including games, arts, food, fashion , concerts and many more.The 1st African Summer Fest in Kansas City takes place on Sunday, September 4th 2022. The event will feature some of Kansas city's African Diaspora artists, a band and live deejays at the Grandview Amphitheater (13501 Byars Rd. Grandview, MO 64030)
