After the Catalan independence referendum, ruled illegal by Spain's Constitutional Court, and the criticism directed at the Spanish government for its subsequent reaction, what is the way forward for unity and reconciliation? What consequences will these events have on Spain and the European Union?
On October 16, Hudson Institute will host a conversation with S.E. Pedro Morenés, the ambassador of Spain in the United States. Ambassador Morenés will join Hudson Research Fellow Benjamin Haddad for a dialogue on these issues and more, followed by questions from the audience. 
 
This event will be live streamed on <A TITLE="Hudson Institute" HREF="http://www.hudson.org" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Hudson's homepage.</A> Doors will open at 9:00 am and the program will begin at 9:30 am.
