Purchase of a ticket is necessary to participate.***All VIP Tickets must be purchased and redeemed by an adult 21 and up only***All VIP Tickets include admission to the &quot;Whine &amp; Vibe After Party&quot; Hosted at Soiree Steak and Oyster House at 10:30PM immediately following the festival.In order to participate in the &quot;Whining Contest&quot;, you must purchase a ticket in the LOWER LEVEL. There are no refunds, except for in the event that the host cancels the event.Armed security as well as vehicle patrol units will be on-site.
