A doggy version of the Met Gala red carpet experience!
Join us with or without a dog. Fashionable attire is encouraged but not required.
The fourth-annual Mutt Gala is back bigger and better this year! We are closing Peachtree St to cars and expanding the event into a block party on Peachtree between 10th and 11th St.
Activities include:
- A doggy red carpet experience, complete with PUParazzi
- Meet foster dogs from Lifeline Animal Project and Hero Dog Rescue
- A fun filled red carpet event emceed by Brigitte Bidet
- A costume contest with a local celebrity jury featuring Cat Catoura, Sandra Macedo, Andi Rozzelle from GA Followers, Myles Barrineau, owner of AtlannaTonight, and Clinton Stewart from Chewy VetCare Midtown.
- Music from DJ OOOMAMI
- Food for sale by Tres Jardines Food Truck, Cooks with Passion, and Tutti Gelati!
- Free pet sketches provided by Jeremy Ray (first come, first served)
- A vendor village with Chewy Vet Care Midtown, Piedmont Bark, Barkcuterie Chix, Pawstries, Good Dog Veterinary Care, K and C Pastries,Pup Crunch , Bark and Board Brookhaven, The Pet's Table, NjoyA Bones, Diego the Pet Photographer, and Major Dog Co!
- A roaming photobooth
This event is free for spectators and a small fee to enter your pup in the costume contest.
NOTE: the costume contest is SOLD OUT but you can still attend with your pup and walk the runway to still be seen at the most fashionable pet gala around!

2 :00 - 3:30 p.m. - Mix and mingle, visit our vendors
2:00-4:00 p.m.-Foster Dog Registration (on-site at check-in booth)
3 :30 - 4:00 p.m. - Line up for the costume contest (must register in advance!)
4 :00 - 4:30 p.m. - Costume contest!
4 :30 - 4:45 p.m. - Foster dog spotlight on the red carpet while judges deliberate
4 :45 p.m. - Winner(s) announced
5 :00 p.m. - Party ends!
Foster Dogs
We encourage you to bring your foster dogs if you think they will enjoy this event. After the main costume contest, the fosters will have a chance to strut their stuff on the red carpet (no fee required). Foster dog owners should check-in at the costume contest check-in tent that will be near the red carpet.
Getting There and Parking
If you don't have a dog with you, MARTA is a great way to get here. We are two blocks from the Midtown MARTA station. Additionally, there is abundant paid parking in the area. Street parking is free on Sundays!
