Join us to shake off the stress with some Zumba! No experience is needed. Just come and have some fun!

Join us to shake off the stress with some Zumba! We are excited to have instructor Grace Wu to lead us in this hour long fun session. Grace is a licensed Zumba instructor since May 2017, and frequently teaches at the local YMCAs and LA Fitnesses. Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music. All you need to do is have fun and follow along as much as you want. No experience is needed. Just come and have some fun! This class is free!!! But please register in with the Eventbrite link to receive the link. Setup: No workout equipment needed. Do make sure you have a decent space to move around with the screen in front of you to follow along and working audio hear the music.
