Welcome to Emotional Fitness Studio: Monthly wellness workshops to learn, refuel, recalibrate, renourish, and conduct maintenance to our emotional wellbeing. Each session for only $10 per person.

Maria Winters, licensed mental health therapist will guide a conversation on the emotional benefits of physical movement.

Zumba instructor Diana Bobrow will guide a 40 minute Zumba class (high-energy workout).

Come ready for an enriching experience! It will be an evening for you to move, have fun, release endorphins, root for each other, and lift your spirits.

** Please wear breathable and cofortable clothing, and supportive shoes (sneakers). Bring your water bottle too!

About the presenters:

Diana Bobrow has been a Zumba Instructor for 12 years. The first time she took a Zumba class she knew she was meant to teach it. Since she was 8 years-old she’s been choreographing dances and getting her friends and people around her to join her in the fun. This is why her only rule in class is to have fun. Her Zumba class can be described as a high-intensity latin-music inspired workout. She likes to add other world genres like soca, belly dancing and pop to the mix.

Maria Winters is a licensed mental health therapist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She is the owner of The Coaching Therapist, LLC a practice that fouses on providing education and training on different topics related to emotional wellbeing.
