There is so much confusion in the world today about what is and what is not appropriate behavior for children. The basis of this confusion for parents and teachers alike is the misunderstanding of the child’s developmental stage. There is a difference between chronological age and developmental stage. In this interactive workshop, teachers will learn the different stages of development, what occurs mentally, emotionally, physically, and behaviorally at each stage, and how those stages may differ from their chronological age.
