PRL In-Person Seminar Refund Policy:

• Cancellations 30+ days prior to the Event: May be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations 29-8 days prior to the Event: May receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $50.
• Cancellations less than 8 days prior: No refunds are granted.
• No-Shows: No-shows will forfeit any seminar fees.

Other Considerations:

• Substitute Attendees: If a registered practitioner becomes aware they will be unable to attend, a substitute attendee (who is deemed qualified by PRL) may attend in place of the original registrant.
• Force Majeure: If a seminar is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer due to events beyond their control, attendees may receive a full refund or credit.
• Travel and Lodging Expenses: Organizers do not reimburse the travel or lodging expenses incurred by attendees in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
