We are delighted to present "Zen and Pen" in partnership with Haven Farms. Join us for this open mic experience every 3rd Sunday at the Haven Farm Shoppe. Experience a fusion of wellness and art, including a wellness hour to explore and discover the fantastic products available at the Haven Shoppe, as well as outdoor yoga in the garden. Following the wellness hour, is the poetry hour designed to engage and inspire you to write, doodle or participate in open mic. poetry is life. Speak loud. Inspire.
