Costs depends on where you are staying: • Lodges - Accommodation and meals from 15-19th are US$100. 00. • Camping – accommodation and meals from 15-19th is US$90. Nice tents with mattresses and solar lights are provided. Check-in is on the 15th From 1400hrs Checkout is on the 19th after Breakfast

Group airport transport from the Airport to the Venue can be arranged. Transport costs will depend on the number of people travelling. Approximate cost per person will be $40

Harare/Norton is a low-risk area to contract malaria. Bring mosquito repellent in case, as we will be staying by the lake
Zimbabwean food is high in carbohydrates and includes Sadza, rice, pasta, potatoes, and sweet potatoes. During the conference, food is served buffet style.
The water at the Lodge is borehole water and safe to drink. If, for some reason, you prefer bottled water, you can buy this locally.

Women: Tops should cover the stomach/back. Knee-length dresses, shorts, skirts, trousers, and jeans. Men: Knee-length shorts, trousers, jeans. Bring a jacket for cooler weather in the morning or evenings.
