Structure and Clear Limits. This workshop helps staff establish appropriate structure (routines and rituals) and clear limits (norms and behavior guidelines), fostering a feeling of fairness and predictability that supports young people to explore and express themselves in a conducive learning environment.

All workshops are developed with opportunities to cross-collaborate, create, learn, and share. Please share this with our providers during the workshop if you cannot actively participate. We strive for flexibility and understanding of the vast responsibilities you may hold, if you have additional questions about active participation please reach out to the facilitator.
