YoWo {yo•wo} noun: Yoga-Worship, a practice centered on quietening the spirit and fueling the soul while connecting with God through yoga, music, meditative and inspirational guidance and prayer.
Yoga meets worship with this [free!] slow flow class on Sunday, Jan. 21, from 5 to 6 p.m. Join us as we journey into the new year, letting go of what isn't serving us and leaning in to our desires and dreams for 2018.
Bring your mat, and wear comfortable clothing.
Note that this class will be held at Art of Republic located at 34 W 5th Ave, Columbus, OH 43201.
