Short North Church

YoWo {yo•wo} noun: Yoga-Worship, a practice centered on quietening the spirit and fueling the soul while connecting with God through yoga, music, meditative and inspirational guidance and prayer.
Yoga meets worship with this [free!] slow flow class on Wednesday, Dec. 20, from 6 to 7 p.m. We’ll focus on pausing amid the hustle and bustle of the holidays as we breathe, move and reflect with guided meditations and prayer. 
Bring your mat, and wear comfortable clothing.
Note that this class will be held at Art of Republic located at 34 W 5th Ave, Columbus, OH 43201.
