YoWo {yo•wo} noun: Yoga-Worship, a practice centered on quietening the spirit and fueling the soul while connecting with God through yoga, music, meditative and inspirational guidance and prayer.
Yoga meets worship with this slow flow class geared toward reflection and gratitude. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, join us for one hour of gentle movement—complete with live drumming.
Bring your mat, and wear comfortable clothing.
Note that this class will be held at Art of Republic located at 34 W 5th Ave, Columbus, OH 43201.
