About this event

Join us at the Yoga Garden on the first Friday of every month for a free youth yoga class led by Sara Tharrington. Class will begin at 1:15 p.m. so please show up at least 5 minutes before ready to go. Wear comfy clothes that you will be able to stretch in (no jeans). Mats, yoga blocks, blankets and water will all be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you'd like!

For youth in high school grade.

Please sign the waiver form in order to attend the event. Bring signed copy to the class.
