About this event

Come on down to Ludlow to learn aerial silks and get in a great work-out in a brand new way! This class is for ages 7 to 15. All skill levles are welcomed! Class includes a one hour class (stretching, climbing, poses and strength portions).

Please wear appropriate athletic wear with no zippers or snaps. You need something that you can be upside down in!
