Join our FREE 8-hour Youth Mental Health First Aid Workshop.


Learn to recognize signs of issues such as anxiety, depression, and more in ages 12-18. This course is for adults interacting with youth— teachers, school staff, coaches, church and youth group leaders, childcare workers, parents, social workers, hospital staff, law enforcement, employers, foster parents, kinship providers and others.


WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

  • To identify risk factors and warning signs
  • To apply a simple 5-step action plan
  • To connect youth to professional care, if needed
