You are invited to the Kiwanis Club of Santa Monica's first Youth & Family Health Expo for parents and their children here in Santa Monica.
The event will provide families with information on how to advocate for themselves and their children while navigating the health care system and the multifaceted challenges that their children face concerning their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
This event will help you:
- Remove the stigma from seeking help
- Encourage confidence and provide tools to help advocate for self and child
- Learn practical actionable steps to better health and wellness
There will be panel style seminars for the adults while the kids are learning through fun hands-on workshops. Free lunch will be provided for all.
Plan to arrive by 10AM, the program will begin promptly. Spanish translation will be provided. Carpooling and taking public transit is encouraged. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
