Pharaoh's Conclave (PCX) prepares youth for careers in the eSports and videogaming industries.

 PCX provides the ecosystem with the tools needed for youth to succeed in achieving their specific goals participating in this unique territory as we:

  • Connect the community to the eSports ecosystem by identifying entry points into the industry;
  • Educate & Endorse by delivering insights and support through tips, trends, and instruction to educate and inform the community on the necessary steps it takes to move from amateur to pro within the eSports industry; and
  • Inspire & Engage the community to navigate this chaotic industry by creating visibility and a pathway from amateur to professional in all areas of eSports.

PCX GO! builds on PCX's mission of preparing youth for careers in the eSports and videogaming industries through capacity building and training around eSports career pathways.  PCX GO! provides the ecosystem with the infrastructure needed to support all key stakeholders in building skills and capabilities that apply to the eSports industry to:

  • Inform by identifying entry points into the industry;
  • Instruct the community by explaining the necessary steps it takes to move from amateur to professional within the eSports industry through skill and capacity development; and
  • Educate by providing opportunities to apply instruction in real-world contexts to promote learning.
