About this event

A Theory of Change is an essential part of any strategy, whether you’re planning for your whole organisation, or for single programmes. You can visualise it as a map, allowing you to set your goals, a route to reach those goals and a compass to keep you on the right track.

Aims of the webinar:

  • Developing a Theory of Change document - bringing together stakeholder mapping, narrative and Theory of Change model
  • Identifying research and evaluation questions from Theory of Change
  • Developing a monitoring and evaluation framework
  • To understand how to use evaluation to revisit your Theory of Change

How it ties into the whole programme:

A Theory of Change can be helpful - securing funding, communicating approach, planning and refining activities to name just some of the advantages of having one.

This will be well-aligned to the Insights Brief 2 on core elements of Youth Provision.

Please sign up to any of the three follow-up discussion slots that will allow you to apply your knowledge alongside fellow grantees.

Discussion workshops:

SLOT 1 (Mar 9th, 11am), SLOT 2 (Mar 9th, 1pm), SLOT 3 (Mar 10th, 12pm)

This will be the final webinar of the series.
