Description

BodyPump is an optimal barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This class features a balance of endurance and functional strength training by using the most optimal weight room exercises, such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. This low-weight, high-repetition workout, effectively strengthens the entire body with minimal risk of injury.

PLEASE:

  • Wear comfortable workout clothing.
  • Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and/or sweat towel.
  • Bring your WILDCARD.

Late admittance and early departure allowed. If you are unable to attend class, PLEASE unregister so class space is available for others.

Wellness Wednesdays is a collaboration between the YourLife Wellness Program and Northwestern Recreation. Classes will be offered during the lunch hour or after work. Class size is limited, so advance registration is encouraged. Registration for each class will open at 8am Monday of that week and will remain open until the class is full. (Drop-ins are welcome if space permits).

All classes are multi-level, accommodating all levels of fitness and abilities. Accommodates all levels of fitness - be prepared to sweat if you put your "all" into this class!
