Join Walter Homberg, LAc…. for a one hour class on creating your unique exercise prescription. This class will walk you through all the elements needed to stay strong, limber and increase endurance for your everyday life. Not only is Walter a licensed acupuncturist but he has a long list of personal training credentials including a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. So you do not have to attend LIVE to take this class and get the benefit :)
