Your Future STEM Summer Day Camp at Augustana University


Your Future STEM helps middle school students understand pathways and job opportunities within STEM-related careers poised for growth.


Students entering grades 6-8 will be immersed in practical learning activities in chemistry, data analytics and coding, human resource management, psychology, and social sciences to experience different aspects of work. Plus, students develop skills, build self-confidence, and improve their social skills.


Date: Thursday, June 27, 2024

Times: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Pickup/Drop off: Center for Visual Arts at Augustana University, located on Commons Drive at approximately 30th St. and Grange Ave.


Parents/Guardians: You MUST complete your student(s) registration prior to camp during one of the "Welcome Days." This is to ensure your student(s) registration is complete and to provide their t-shirt, name badge, sign forms, and to answer any questions you may have. These will take place at the Center for Visual Arts at Augustana University. You may stop by at your convenience during the following times:

  • Monday, June 24 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 25 from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.


For the safety of the campers, your student(s) must attend camp for the entire day. We are not able to coordinate early pickups or late dropoffs.


Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided daily.


Parents, attending this STEM day camp is free! Your child can participate in these educational and fun activities without any cost. This program is made possible by Forward Sioux Falls, the region's premier economic development program powered by over 300 investors.
