Little Saint's Bar Team offers a glimpse behind the scenes of our “closed-loop cocktails” that showcase the vibrant flavors of healthy, farm-based ingredients through the lens of zero-waste.

Join us for a spirited exploration as we redefine the boundaries of sustainable mixology with a tour of three cocktails: Non-Alcoholic, Low ABV, and Fully Spirited, using strawberries from Little Saint Farm as the foundational ingredient.

We will be joined by Hanson Vodka, a family-owned distillery that makes organic, grape-based, non-GMO, gluten free vodkas in the heart of Sonoma Wine Country.

You will learn about creative plant-based garnishes, minimizing and re-using “waste,” cocktail building, flavor and ingredient balance, and bar tool and terminology education, all while sipping through three of our favorite cocktails.
