Young Adult Peer Support Group


The Norooz Clinic Foundation’s Young Adult Peer Support Group, is a completely free, virtual, peer-led group that aims to support other young adults with whatever challenges they may be facing and together improve mental wellbeing. Listening to others in the same stage of life will help you gain the confidence and insight you need to be your best self.

When: The third Wednesday of the month from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (12pm PT/1 pm MT/ 2 pm CT/ 3 pm ET)

Where: Online - once you register you will get access to the meeting link.


Welcome to our group! Here's what you should know:

  • Designed for young adults (18-30ish) - different topics of discussion and open to new ideas and feedback
  • Judgement-free and supportive group of peers who are going through the same stafe of life. And everyone has mental health that we need to care for!
  • Led by peers who are also young adults that are trained to facilitate in support groups
  • Completely FREE and from the comfort of your own home
  • Confidential (what is said in peer group, stays in peer group)
  • Does not replace therapy, we encourage you to seek professional support alongside for a more effective outcome.
