WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By entering the Event, Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and waive claims against Night Frights LA, its affiliates, sponsors, staff, partners, and venue (including Boomtown Brewery) for injury, illness (including COVID-19), loss, or damage.

RELEASE: Attendees release, discharge, and hold harmless the Event organizers from any liability, claims, or demands due to negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

MEDICAL TREATMENT: In case of injury or emergency, Attendees consent to medical treatment as deemed necessary, understanding organizers assume no responsibility for costs or outcomes.
