Our natural & purest state of our heart is to give and receive through Love, but through the corruption of this wold, we have been reduced to barely breathing.

THAT my dear, is why I'm here!

Sarah Mae will be holding a Self-Love event packed full of self-clearing, affirmations & tools you can use daily.

* We will start our morning with some tea & communication

* Once we are comfortable, we will move into a more relaxed state

* Where everyone will be brought into a heart centered meditation to start the journey of clearing self-confrontation & heart opening

* We will then move into mirror affirmations

* Lastly, bringing you back with discussion

This event will occur monthly and cost is $25. Join us for each month's session and build on the progress from the last one or start your journey at any point.
