Yoni Flow with Jamekia and ShataraCome join us for this unique women’s health experience. Due to the intimate nature of this event, space is very limited. Jamekia will take us through a Yoga session geared towards strengthening the pelvic floor. Pelvic floor strength is essential to all aspects of women’s health to include: child bearing, sexual health and pleasure achievement, reproductive organ health, bladder control, posture, prolapse prevention/correction, and much more. After the yoga session, Shatara will lead a womb attunement session to bring us to womb center and connect us with our most sacred space… our Yoni. We will close out with a sister circle. This is the class you didn’t know you needed. Come join us! About Jamekia- Jamekia is founder and owner of FlowerChild Yogi; certified yoga instructor recognized by Yoga Alliance. In addition, she is certified in Trauma and Restorative yoga. She is here to be a guide helping you remember your truth through synchronizing breath with body movement. “We flow and you blossom. Blossom like the fruit of the womb.”About Shatara- Shatara is a certified Yoni Steam and Womb Reiki Practitioner, Herbalist, and Fertility Doula. She is the owner of NatuRoyal Wellness Center (est. 2019)- an herbal women’s wellness center. Her motto, “The condition of your womb is a reflection of your mind, lifestyle, and emotional state. Healing starts here.”Yoni Flow can be kicked up a notch by including Yoni Eggs to the practice. Shatara has Yoni Eggs available to purchase if you do not have your own. Event Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE unless it is cancelled by the organizer.
