Meet Sydney Zwicker

Women’s Health Bodyworker, Pelvic Healing Specialist and founder of Zwicker Healing Arts + The Sovereign Pelvis.

Zwicker Healing Arts is a container for transforming your relationship to the female body and nervous system. As a women's health bodyworker and pelvic healing specialist, Sydney integrate a variety of holistic modalities to support women in unwinding trauma, and to come back to safety in the body.

How would your life be different if you felt at home in your body and in your root?

Sydney’s passion is to be a catalyst in shedding the stigma of the female-lived experience. Some of her offerings include Women’s Holistic Pelvic Care, Women’s Health Massage Bodywork, Holistic Sex Education, Somatic Coaching and more. Her driving force is to provide empowering education to her clients to help them to reclaim their essence and embody their truth. She believes that education is the key to empowerment and that chronic pain and fatigue and nervous system dysregulation often stem from not knowing things could feel different.

Every person is different. She works with clients using breath, the body, intentional movement, and educational anatomy to help each person find their own healing potential. Everything can heal. Her intention is to give clients the tools to journey into wholeness. She believe there is no one way, nor right way to heal. It’s a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of courage.
