Hi there! My name is Kate. I'm a wellness coach who supports individuals in making healthy and sustainable changes which leads to a more energized and radiant quality of life. I believe in the connection between wellness, nutrition, movement and creativity.

Sunshine Kate's Nutrition and Sauna

‘Yoni’ is a Sanskrit word for the womb and means ‘sacred space’. This is the center that supports creativity, flow, fluidity and love. A woman’s womb and yoni is her inner sanctum, a place to access her wisdom and her power.
Join us for an inspiring and empowering workshop and yoga class geared towards enhancing pelvic floor health, muscle strength, uterine wall support, bladder function control and body awareness.
We will be exploring all the basics about yoni eggs. Learn what they are, how to use them/ when not to use them. We will also explore yoga postures, breathing exercises and visualizations while using yoga eggs.
This class is available for women in all stages of life and all levels of working with yoni eggs! 
Yoni Eggs will be available for purchase.
Yoni Egg Yoga Practices can:
-Develop and enhance a deeper and more loving relationship with your body
-Increase perception of your yoni, control over the vaginal muscles
-Awaken your creative energy, passion and libido and sexuality
-Support Orgasmic Health: including vaginal, cervical and uterine orgasms
-Gain control of the perineum and all groups of pelvic floor muscles
-Reducing PMS, menstrual cramps, breast discomfort; through regular practice can increase blood flow to your pelvic organs and help move stagnant energy. Stimulating the ovaries in a gentle way balances hormone levels
-Reduce menopausal symptoms and balancing estrogen levels
-Overcome traumatic experiences of sexual abuse
-Can help to release stored emotional and energetic imprints, as the vaginal tissue holds onto these psychological blockages
-Regular practice stimulates the bartolin gland inside the vagina that are responsible for producing lubrication. One of the first effects women experience is feeling juicier, which can be helpful for menopausal women.
-It can prevent incontinence
The class will demonstrate and use yoni eggs .
