YoGo Golf Clinic with coach Javier Silva and Kristen Case combines the drills and technique work of a golf lesson with the mobility, stretching and mindfulness of a yoga class. This 90 minute session begins with a fundamental yoga flow to warm up the body, center the mind, and establish the proper form that is essential in a golf swing. It is followed by a clinic of two to three drills done at the driving range that focus on key golf elements such as turn, shoulder and hip rotation, and poster. Each drill is reinforced by a yoga pose that incorporates the same body mechanics to show how yoga can be practically applied to your golf game. No prior golf or yoga experience is required and all you need to bring is a yoga/exercise mat and water! Wear comfortable athletic clothing and meet us at the back of the driving range!
