Combining breath with intelligent exercises, to enhance stability in motion, align, centre, purify &amp; connect. Shifting physical, mental, emotional &amp; energetic states, to promote a healthy, whole, balanced sense of self. Re-inforcing community &amp; universal union. Whether you wish to be energised &amp; uplifted, centred, grounded or relaxed. If you are either a complete beginner or have more of an experienced practice, she openly &amp; supportively invites you to join her on the mat.&nbsp;
