Join us on June 8, 2024, for the YogiAthlete Training Camp at Glendale Sports Complex, where we combine sports training with yoga practices to enhance your athletic performance.
Led by former pro athletes, experienced coaches, and certified yoga instructors, our camps focus on strength training, drills, yoga, and breathwork. Whether you want to improve your agility, strength, or mental focus, our camp offers a holistic approach to athletic development.

This YogiAthlete Training Camp is open to all aged 18 years and above. To secure your spot, please fill out the online registration form. The deadline for registration is June 7, 2024.

All camps are non-contact; no equipment is required.
All participants must carry personal medical insurance and submit a liability waiver. Each athlete must arrive in good physical condition. Our certified yoga instructors and athletic training staff ensure the health and safety of all participants through supervised warm-up sessions and attentive instruction.
