Come and try this taster class to find out more. Yogalates is a fusion between yoga, pilates and strength training.

Yogalates is a perfect fusion of yoga, pilates and strength training. We will practise yoga postures for flexibility and balance, pilates for core work and resistance training to build strength. We will use props such as resistance bands, yoga blocks and bricks. You will need to wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat. All other props will be provided. Please let me know if you have any health conditions or injuries that I need to know about. By buying this ticket, you are agreeing to take full responsibility of your own body during this session.
