Starting January 2024, Yoga Ambassador Natalie will be holding a free yoga class in-store at lululemon Albany in Crossgates Mall on Sundays once a month!
Dates: January 21st, February 25th, March 24th, April 28th, May 26th, & June 23rd

This class is for ALL bodies and ALL abilities!
Class will start with a short guided meditation for increased awareness and will be followed by an all-levels gentle yoga experience.
All you need is yourself & a mat! Please feel free to bring any props you would like(i.e., blocks, blankets, strap, etc.) for your own personal practice , but not necessary if you don't have those available to you!
Light refreshments will be provided by the wonderful staff at lululemon!
Feel free to stick around for a fit session & some shopping after class.
This is a limited engagement so please reserve your spot ahead of time & we'll see you on the mat!
