Your favorite sunset yoga class is returning to paradise--Paradise Springs Winery in Clifton, VA. Join the warm and welcoming eat.YOGA.drink. commUNITY for a refreshing, hourlong yoga flow (suitable for all levels), followed by a glass of award-winning wine that pleases your palate.

BYO mat and enjoy this lovely outdoor class. Each $35 ticket includes yoga and a glass of wine after class. No refunds or credits can be issued the day of this session. If the session is sold out, kindly join the waitlist in the event space opens up.

Yoga taught with love and laughs by Erin Sonn, M.Ed., ERYT and owner of eat.YOGA.drink., specializing in unique yoga and mindfulness experiences in nontraditional spaces. Frequently asked questions

I realize the day of class that I can't make it. Can I ask for a refund?

We are sorry you can't join us. As stated in the event description, no refunds or credits are offered the day of the event, because we have already paid out to the winery for the registered guests.

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! We love practicing yoga with dogs, as long as your dog isn't a distraction to other yoga guests.

Are kids allowed?

Paradise Springs if very family friendly. Kids aged 13+ who would enjoy a full hourlong yoga flow are welcome to join us, but they will need a ticket to participate. Wine is only available to guests aged 21+.

Do I need a yoga mat?

Yes. Please remember to bring your yoga mat, unless you'd like to practice earthing (it's a thing!) Mats are not available at the winery.

Can I bring food for a picnic after class?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring any food and nonalcoholic beverages for a picnic before or after class. There is typically also food available for purchase at the winery (cheese plates, yummy pizza from a food truck, etc.)
